The Anthem Community Center will be closed for maintenance from Monday, December 21st through Sunday, January 4th. It will re-open Monday, January 5th. Winter Day Camps offered through the Child Development Office will still take place during the closure.

Gavilan Peak Parkway To Connect To Carefree Highway by Spring

We’ve seen the dirt road sitting there for some time. We have also seen authorities try to restrict access from Anthem to Carefree Highway via this road. Now the 2.5-mile connecting segment between Gavilan Peak Parkway and North Valley Parkway at Joy Ranch Road (which allows access to Carefree Highway) is slated to be completed by Spring 2009.

Makita Power Tools will bring the expandable semi-truck showroom to Anthem’s All Spare Tools as part of their “Experience More” tour in January. The tour showcases over 125 trade tools displayed on real-life display pods and includes hands-on demo stations, engineering exhibits to show Makita’s engineering advantages, touch screen displays with interactive video, and plasma screens featuring Makita Sports.
Makita is providing hot dogs and drinks for the whole family. All Spares Tools & Makita will give away free prizes, including Supercross Tickets and gear from several major brands.
Help Outlets at Anthem Help Other This Holiday Season

The Outlets at Anthem is partnering with several local organizations, including the Southwest Autism and Resource Center (SARRC), the Salvation Army, the Foothills Foodbank and St. Joseph Hospital and Medical Center’s Pediatric Unit, in order to raise funds, collect food and toys for those in need this holiday season.

Christmas Street Returns To Grace North

Anthem HOA Fees Increasing

2009 is right around the corner and with the coming of the new year, Anthem residents can expect to see an increase in the HOA fees they pay each quarter. As the Anthem Community Council has planned out their 2009 budget, fees for both Country Club and Parkside residents will increase in first quarter billing statements.
Buddy Stubbs Harley-Davidson to Hold Grand Opening Celebration This Weekend

In honor of their new home located in Anthem, Arizona, Buddy Stubbs Harley-Davidson is holding a grand opening event this Saturday, November 22. Designed and built by LGE, the 25,243 square foot showroom will feature over 50 Harley-Davidson motorcycles for the celebration. The event will feature free food and drinks as well as an appearance by the racing legend himself, Buddy Stubbs.
