2009 is right around the corner and with the coming of the new year, Anthem residents can expect to see an increase in the HOA fees they pay each quarter. As the Anthem Community Council has planned out their 2009 budget, fees for both Country Club and Parkside residents will increase in first quarter billing statements.

Country Club

The assessment for the Anthem Country Club Association will increase by $2.25 per month (or $6.75 per quarter).

Parkside

Parkside residents will see an increase in dues of 4.2%. If you reside in The Landings (a gated community adjacent to but not part of Country Club), you can expect your dues to increase by 10%. This will bring Parkside residents monthly payments to $16.15/mo. and The Landing residents to $19.80/mo. Keep in mind that these dues are in addition to the main Anthem HOA fees that are accessed.

Bottom line is that despite the economy woes as well as the increase that residents who have Arizona American as their water provider have had to suffer with, it will cost more to live in Anthem in 2009.
